Ryan Huyghe

Ryan first joined Able/Mr. Roof as Executive Vice President in March 2019, and was promoted to President of Able/Mr Roof in December 2020. During this time, Ryan has led a strategic transformation of the MABLE business by focusing on five key pillars: Culture, Communication, Consistency, Accountability and Action. Under his guidance, MABLE established a new leadership team and structure, implemented a new purchasing and distribution model, improved sales and operations processes and established consistency across MABLE markets, and opened a new location in Northeastern Ohio earlier this year. Most important, Ryan has led this transformation while staying focused on CRG’s core values of Respect, Family, Community, and Forward-Thinking.

Prior to joining Crane Renovation Group, Ryan was equity partner and Chief Operating Officer of Controlled Products Systems Group, a leading wholesale distribution platform in in the gate automation and perimeter access control market. Ryan also previously served as Principal of Perimeter Protection Products, a Crane Group company, from 2002 until its sale to Controlled Products in 2010.
