Service Desk Analyst

Rick joined Crane Group’s service desk in 2022. His technical support and expertise in the areas of TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration have helped to keep our systems running smoothly. Rick enjoys the warmth of Crane Group’s culture. On the weekends, you’ll find him coaching little league baseball, basketball, or football and spending time with his kids.
