Julie Fletcher

Julie connects Crane Group with its community—and Crane employees with causes they care about. She leads our philanthropy program, which includes charitable contributions, volunteerism, and community and civic engagement. In addition, she leads our DEI journey. Her daily interactions with nonprofits inspire her, as does her work as the founder of One Dublin and her service on the board of the African American Leadership Academy. Julie lives by the motto, “Love your neighbor.” Julie enjoys going to concerts with her husband. Their favorite venue is the Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver, CO.
