Andrea Thomas

Andrea’s passion for developing leaders brought her to Crane Group in 2016. Her careful coaching, workshop development and facilitation, and candidate assessment have quickly become a cornerstone of our culture. She’s helped many Crane team members and business unit leaders learn how to best work individually and collectively. Andrea is an active Friends of the Library board member and a driver for Meals on Wheels. She enjoys discovering new music with her family and loves the team spirit of the Abby Wambach quote, “When you score, you better start pointing.”
