Alyssa Bowerman

Since 2018, Alyssa’s legal support and advice has helped Crane Group and its operating companies power forward and win big. As she negotiates transaction documents and financing, she also expertly juggles matters of commercial, transactional, litigation, employment, and intellectual property. The fast pace and challenges of an acquisition excite Alyssa. She gives back as a board member for Alvis and as an ambassador for Columbus Humane. Her grandfather often told her to “leave everything better than you found it,” and she lives each day with that in mind.
