Dan Crane

A fourth-generation Crane, Dan first joined the company in 2012. He’s overseen the evaluation of Crane Group’s portfolio of businesses and potential acquisitions alongside the analysis of our investments in private equity, real estate, and marketable securities. More recently, Dan has led the effort to utilize technology throughout our business units, uncovering ways to better support associates and customers alike with tech so they are poised for the future. A champion of our long-held values, he’s supported not only our business success but our talent pool, helping to make Crane Group an employer of choice in Columbus and beyond. He is also honored to serve on the board of directors for United Way of Central Ohio and CelebrateOne. On weekends, Dan looks forward to hikes with his family.

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Applied Mathematics, Harvard University
